Dress Code Ages -5-12yrs. : Leotard or DramaZone T-Shirt, Jazz Pants, Jazz Shoes and Tap Shoes (a hard soled shoe may be substituted for tap shoes.
Full Day: Theme Week Dance, Drama and ART Plus additional afternoon Master Classes in: Broadway, Hip Hop, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Acting and ART!, Yoga, Martial Arts, Singing, Latin, Directing, Commercials and more! Plus Educational Arts related field trips.

Hip Hop Camp Intensive: Aug.4 - Aug. 15 Ages 5-12 1pm-4pm

*Discounts: Gold Discount 15% off if registered before January 20, 2008. Silver Discount 10% off if registered before February 20, 2008. 10% off for return campers. Membership Students ( from Semester I, 2007 and Semester II, 2008) receive 10% Discount. 10% off Second Sibling (Only off of the second child), Please note: Only one discount applies.
*Policies: 50% Deposit due at Registration. Balance is due by May 1, 2008
Refunds: 50% Refund of Deposit before May 1, 2008. There are no refunds after May 1st and tuition is non-transferable, no exceptions! Registration Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable after initial registration. There is a $30 charge for returned checks. A child is not registered until the registration form is completed in full.
Our Main Faculty and Program: Our faculty has worked On and Off-Broadway and all have degrees in the arts or arts education. Our year round staff is happy to be part of our summer season as well as many outstanding professionals for adjunct activities.Our highly reputable program is found in many of NYC's most prestigious schools and after school programs.
Arts and Arts Related Curriculum: Our many activities include:acting, improv, theatre games, jazz, tap, ballet, modern, musical theatre dance, martial arts, daily art, as well as special activities such as gymnastics, yoga, musical theatre singing, directing, commercials, puppet making, Educational Arts related field trips. We look forward to your child joining us now in our fifth season to our Dance and Drama Camp and our Hip Hop Camp Intensive 2008.
Our dedicated staff and counselor's oversee children at all times.
Children bring a "nut free" lunch while we provide a nutricious snack for children staying for a full day
Early Drop Off of 8:30am must be arranged by May 1st. Fee is $60/per week.
 
DramaZone reserves the right to photograph and video classes for the purposes of advertising.

1. The undersigned parent or guardian (Parent) of the above child agrees to pay DramaZone the non-refundable, non transferable fee of $_____________________ for _____________, no exceptions.

2. The parent understands that time and date for each of the ___________ sessions has been pre-determined by the Program and provided in advance of the parent.

3. The parent understands and agrees that there is no credit or refund for missed or unused sessions and that all fees paid to the program and all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. The Parent understands and agrees that the Directors/Teachers of the program have the right to terminate the enrollment of any child from the program, at any time if the Director/Teacher, in her sole discretion, determines that the continued attendance of the child in the Program is not in the best interest of the child or the Program, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that the student?s enrollment may be terminated for a violation of the rules or regulations of the Program, at the Program?s sole discretion, without any refund or cancellation of tuition, which the undersigned nevertheless agrees to pay in accordance with the terms of this contract.

5. The Parent grants the Program and it?s Events permission to include photographs and videos taken during the sessions and events, in which his/her child may appear in program literature, informational and /or promotional materials.

6. In the event that the Parent cannot be reached and a situation arises which the Program Director/ Teacher defines as an emergency, the parent hereby grants permission to the Program Director/Teacher to secure and provide for necessary medical treatment, including hospitalization.

7. The Parent understands that the Program does not have the services of a nurse or other medical personnel on premises to administer medication or provide medical treatment. The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent that the student is required to be administered medication during the time that the child is in the program that, non-medical staff would administer such medication.

8. I/we the Parent of the above child understand that part of the experiences that my/our child will be having may be new to my child, and they come with certain risks and uncertainties beyond what my child may be used to dealing with at home or in his/her school environment. I/we realize that no environment is risk-free, and we are prepared to assume on behalf of our child, the risk involved in his/her participation in the DramaZone program. The Parent furthermore releases and holds harmless the Program, its agents and employees from all claims, damages or other liability for injury to the student where such claims, damages, or other liability is not the result of gross negligence by the Program, its agents, or employees. The Parent further agrees and acknowledges that the Program is not responsible for any medical expenses for the child.
